I was asked to rewrite one of my posts because a person was reading it and I deleted it. I didn't think it was that important but since I have been asked I will rewrite it.Someone told me that there are no LINDA'S on the Miller side and I knew different so I wrote it. My information comes from the Family Historian HAZEL GIBSON who has written a thick book about the Miller/Purvis Families.. I have a copy of the book.
The first Linda is in Hodgenville Kentucky and the daughter of Rev William Goebel Millers brother Paul. I met her when we had a Miller Reunion at the Baptist Church. The second Linda is the wife of Troy Purvis son of Clarence and Beulah Purvis who lived near Princeton and Wyanet Illinois. Channa spent a week in Troy and Lindas home and they made a cardboard sign marking the BIRTH PLACE OF HARVEY MILLER! They had a lot of fun doing it. The third Linda is Linda Swisher our former daughter-in-law as Greg's first wife. So for the person asking for this to be re posted,.....why not jot the info down in case you might need it sometime.
