ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
We went to Ryans in Champaign and then to the new IMAX Theater in Savoy to watch the movie The Butler.It was a nice day, the movie was okay but not great.I really liked the new screen. I have heard about the huge screens.After the movie we stopped at Mt Olive Cemetery We went to Dairy Barn in Hillery on the way home where I had a dish of BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM. When we got home we had two messages for our anniversary. One was from Harvey's sister Pearl who remembered our anniversary but couldn't remember how many years. The other phone message was from our worship pastor Rev Tony Goss who knew the exact number of years (61) Then we had two anniversary cards in the mail.One of those was also from Pearl and she asked us to come up. That will be in the near future before we have to worry about bad weather.The other card was from our former Ridgeview organist who moved to South Carolina to be near family.

The reason Tony knew it was exactly 61 is because I wrote it on my Facebook....lol
As you know, Evey and I have now been married for 26 continuous years. Really doubt we match or beat your longevity.
I haven't been on my computer for several hours is the reason I haven't been here to approve comments. I want to congratulate Tuck and Evelyn for a CONTINUOUS relationship in their marriage. They are like Tucks dad and I. Was our marriage perfect? Of course not but we didn't leave. We fixed what was broke and moved on.
I agree, you just have to stick it out. No one is going to agree on everything, but I guess the solution is compromise.
As far as the anonymous poster, I don't approve anonymous comments for a couple of reasons. The most important being, is credibility. If a person does not sign their message, how do I really know who they are, and if they are credible.
