RED TAPE !

I do not know why they call it red tape but I do know I have been involved in it today. I had a letter stating I have to send in papers to keep my handicap placard for parking in handicap parking. I read through all of it and decided that it would be best if Harvey an I both had the placards. I very seldom drive anymore but we use my card when necessary. We never know which of us is going to live longer or drive longer so this will just insure we are both eligible to use the placard. Now, they are even allowing handicap people to park in metered spaces and not have to pay the meters. We do not want to abuse this part of it so we will opt out of it. If we go to a metered spot we will pay the meter. God has helped with our finances so it would be unchristian to not pay the meter fee. So, now we will have to wait until I get a response to know what we do now.
