MY DIDN"T IT RAIN !

There used to be a children's song at Daily Vacation Bible School called "MY DIDNT IT RAIN" It went on to say it rained 40 days and 40 nights...My didn't it rain. It rained so hard today I couldn't see the street in front of our house. Now that is hard to believe because our home is not far from the street. We heard a knock on our front door shortly after the rain ended. That was when we found out how bad it had been. Our neighbor from the West came to tell us that a shed in his back yard had blown across our chain link fence and landed at the fence that connected to the one East of us. The shed damaged two of our fences and the tomato garden Harvey had planted.I felt so bad for them. It has been reported that Georgetown was hit the worse. I worried about our daughter Channa and her daughter Jan who both live in mobile homes. They said it was scary but they are all okay. It was reported a tornado was seen on Clingan Lane south of Westville. It was also reported that Danville, Catlin Westville and Georgetown was without power.We were never without power. All in all I would state we were pretty lucky today
