TENNESSEE ERNIE FORD

Tennessee Ernie Ford used to sing a song "16 tons and another day older"  Today I am a year older than I was this time last year. When I first woke up I found two huge DOVE candy bars and a box of Russell Stover chocolates on the kitchen table. The snail mail cards have been coming to me. My sister-in-law not only bought me the perfect card saying we are not only sister-in laws but good friends. My long time friend Flossie Dill sent one as she has done for many, many years. We went to church and they had the hearing aides working so we were able to hear everything! After church Harvey asked me where I wanted to go and I said "WENDYS". Then we went to Tucks where Greg was waiting and we had fun and   fellowship as we played cards. Then on the way home we stopped at 2 Brothers restaurant for supper. This is the first time we haven't worked ARTS IN THE PARK for many,many years!When they called and Harvey asked me I said I didn't want to work anymore..So, yes Tennessee Ernie, I am another year older, but not deeper in debt! Today was a great day and I have maintained my status as a Pampered Lady.
