TEA AND TOAST AT TEN

We are retired. Harvey retired numerous times. He has worked at Meis Furniture Company where he worked when we were married., then started working at DANVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT in 1957.When he was not at the Fire Department he worked for Moving van companies. He was with the Fire Department almost 23 years when we bought the Oak Grove Motel near Covington Indiana.We sold the motel and moved to Westville in my moms house on Pennsylvania Ave until we decided where we wanted to live. We bought a house on Alexander Street and lived there several years .Then we moved to our home here on Delaware Avenue. Now, Harvey being a compassionate and caring person told me he would do all of the housework if I would do the cooking.. Sounded like a plan to me. We eat out a lot so my job is fairly easy. I have had to be an early riser most of my life so I enjoy
being able to "sleep in".
