Harvey and I were invited to the annual hospital Volunteer Luncheon held today at Turtle Run Banquet Center. We were each allowed to bring a guest.We invited Greg and our daughter-in-love Billie Jo to go with us. It was a nice occasion to visit with old friends we have volunteered at the hospital with so many years. The food was very good but I think next year we will order just one and Harvey and I will share. The Peanut Butter dessert was mouth watering.I won a door prize and it was a Christmas candle that I gave to Billie Jo. Then Harvey's name was called and he is going to give it to our other daughter-in-love Evelyn to hang on their Christmas tree. We have been told we will be invited to the party as long as we are able to attend regardless if we are able to volunteer any more.They told us we have "paid our dues"
