SYMBOL OF THE EASTER EGG

I have been told the symbol of  EGGS at Easter are to tell the children that the Egg is like GOD...THREE IN ONE;  The Shell...The white...and the Yolk all together ...GOD THE FATHER...THE SON...AND THE HOLY SPIRIT . I have not heard why the symbol of the Easter Bunny as they do not lay eggs. It would seem the little peeps would have more of an example.
